摘要
Because the Positioning accuracy of edge loation using traditional template operator can not meet the requirements of the measuring project, The paper studied the sub-pixel positioning theory and algorithms of image processing and measurement. On the basis of the traditional template operator to determine the general location of the edge, combined with local non-maxima to eliminate pseudo-boundary points, and along the gradient direction of the boundary points, finally, we derived the formular and had the boundary points located to Sub-pixel level.
