摘要
Beginning from 1982, we have seen the revival of the interests in Artificial Neural Network (ANN). ANN proved a new kind of knowledge representation scheme and a new road to artificial intelligence. ANN also proved a method to design a new kind of computer different from Von Neumann structure - neural computer. The most important aspect in designing a ANN system or neural computer is learning. The learning procedure include many things, such as what algorithm should be used in the learning procedure? What material should be used in the learning procedure? In what manner should the learning procedure done? And how we should prepare the learning procedure? We think the learning procedure of ANN is very similar to the education procedure of human being. This give us the point of view of computer education. Based on this view, not from the standpoint of algorithm, this paper discuss some problems in the learning procedure of ANNs and neural computers.
