摘要：

Data warehouse technology is an effective method to use the large amount data with complex correlation. We present applying data warehouse technology into CIPS, it can make the large amount data, which can not be used effectively in fact because of their complex correlation and too Large scale, have more value, and play a crucial role in process production. In this paper the basic conception and realization method of data warehouse is summarized firstly. On the basis of this summary, the meaning of building data warehouse in CIPS, the role position and function of data warehouse, the method to build data warehouse in CIPS and the steps of building data warehouse is addressed in detail.
