Now, after we entered into the era of globalisation, the wines followed the same phenomenon. We can see the apparition of the concurence in this new world, which use our fame in wine-growing field to put in market the technological wines in alternative for the "cepage" wines, trade-mark wines, etc. Some others want to copy and to falsify our O.P.C. (Name of Controled Origin), truing in this way to cheat the customers. In spite of these, they cannot have the soil conditions, the pleasure of work, the wisdom, as well as the experience of wine-growers from the "old continent" which was accumulated during the last centuries from generation to generation. The system base on A.O.C. use in France is the guarantee which can still assure the origin of product's quality.
