摘要
Ultrafine nickel particles were prepared by the W/O microemulsion method through the reduced reaction of NiSO4 by N2H4. 2H(2)O. The product was characterized by TEM and XRD method. The prepared particles are spherical and their size is well-distributed. The factors of compositions of microemulsion system which influence the size of particles were studied. The experiment result shows that the greater the content ratio of water to surfactant(mol/mol) is, the smaller the water nucleus is, so the smaller the nickel particles are; the interface film changes more strongly when the content of amyl alcohol as assistent surfactant increases in a proper range, so the size of nickel particles decreases; and producing of crystal nucleus speeds up when the concentration of Ni2+ increases, so the size of nickel particles decreases.
