摘要
The third part of the series handles, firstly, the basic functioning of the conventional voltage controlled shortcircuiting MIG/MAG welding process and the relating power source static behaviour. Short-circuiting metal transfer dynamics related mechanisms are dealt with. A set of MIG/MAG stability concepts is presented, whereas no total agreement is found in the welding comunity. An authors' purpouse on this matter is suggested. Finally, the functioning of systems like the CCC is explained, along with LABSOLDA's scientific and technological experience in this process, since the first analogic control until the most modern software controlled version. Also, CCC future is described, being part of the Advanced Control System (SAC).
