The debate about sustainability has gained momentum in organizations where managers have been concerned about economic, social and environmental performance, in a balanced way to improve their economic and financial indicators, while at the same time also focusing on the well-being of the parties stakeholders (employees, partners, community and other partners), as well as, are concerned with what they produce and how best to dispose of waste from production. The objective of the study was to verify the behavior of company managers regarding sustainability actions, from the three pillars: economic, social and environmental. For this, we used the descriptive, qualitative research and study of multi cases in three craft breweries in RS, and data collection was performed by sending a questionnaire containing x open questions. The results indicate that the breweries studied have sustainability actions considering the three pillars, and these actions are generally focused on economic and legal issues, seeking to reduce production costs and comply with current legislation.
