摘要
In Russia the experience of treatment the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with low molecular weight (LMW) heparin is low. 120 patients with chest pain and signs of ischemia were randomised to treatment with dalteparin (D) (120 IU/kg s.c. twice-daily) or dose-adjusted intravenous infusion of unfractionated heparin (UH) for 8 days. All patients had aspirin (250 mg/day) and antianginal drugs. Endpoints are death or MI, revascularization, readmissions and symptoms at 8, 15, 30 and 150 days. The combination of outcomes on the eighth day in the D-treated patients (5.0%) was for sure lower then in the UI-I-treated group (33.3%, p<0.01). The frequency of MI, revascularization procedures on the 15(th), 30(th), 150(th) days was similar in both medical groups. Dalteparin, used in patients with ACS has evident advantages in comparison with UH in the first eight days of treatment, the advantages disappear to the 15(th) day.
