摘要
The dynamic thermal and moisture transfer properties of innovation hygroscopic generated bamboo fabrics were analyzed by using a new apparatus, which was developed to measure the thermal properties and the moisture transfer of bamboo fabric. The apparatus was consists of steam producer with 0 similar to 100%RH simulating different humidity of skin surface during real clothing, vertical hot plate and continuous adjustable air layer, and the heat and water vapour transport of fabric was correctly measured in time by using the apparatus. Based on the experimental the thermal and moisture transfer properties of bamboo fabric was studied and compared with cotton fabrics. The experimental results indicated that bamboo fabric was lower thermal resistance and high moisture transfer properties than cotton, and the formula of dynamic thermal and moisture transfer resistance was deducted based on the data from experimental using basic thermal and moisture transfer principle. The dynamic thermal and moisture transfer resistance of bamboo and cotton was obtain by using deducted formula, which shown that the thermal transfer effected by absorption was more significant than-the influence on moisture transfer. The thermal and moisture transfer resistance of bamboo on the final steady condition is closer to the initial value than cotton suggested that the moisture transfer property of bamboo was better than cotton.
