摘要：

Retrorectal cystic hamartoma (tailgut cyst) is a rare congenital lesion. This study is one of the few reports of this rare clinical entity causing irritative voiding symptoms and constipation in a male patient. Although most cases are asymptomatic, patients may present with symptoms resulting from local mass effect or complication. (C) 2016 Elsevier Inc.
