The paper combines the safety technical training characteristic of coal mines, utilize computer network, multimedia and database technology, adopt Browse/Server build up multi-layerly design, IIS is as the systematic developing platform, ODBC technology is as tools of the network data base for visiting and transplanting, ASP is as technology means for using dynamically as the network. The system follows the ripeness, advanced security training management mode, the working thought of each link that reflect the security train, have offered the advanced, scientific and teaching means for security practice training of the coal mines, training level, improving the training quality and efficiency of the safe practice training for the coal mines.
