This study tries to point out that the human capital role in increasing process can not be explained with the help of the extended Solow. Human capital stock could have a positive effect over the increasing but this depends on the economy capacity to focus the human recourses in activities that generate technical progress. It is opportune to promote population's instruction, but in the same time it has to be studied the efficient allocation ways of the factors, who can not be realized unless in a open economy context.
