摘要：
This paper will present a systems approach to assistive technology. The purpose of an assistive technology assessment and who should be involved in the process will be reviewed, followed by an explanation of a nine step problem solving approach to the evaluation process which includes an assessment of each part of the assistive technology system. This paper will conclude with a description of an assessment instrument developed by the author.
