摘要
The purpose of this roundtable is to demonstrate a web-based decision making model to be used to select appropriate teaching and learning activities and strategies. The program/model uses interactive technologies to allow an individual to select an objective and then select teaching strategies and technologies appropriate for that objective The model under discussion is based on the assumption that it is more appropriate to teach teachers a process for deciding how to teach rather than just teach them a "bag of tricks". This process uses a systems approach to examine variables that effect teaching and utilizes a set of go-no-go decisions that lead to effective strategies for teaching an objective. This is followed by an exploration of technologies that support these strategies. The model is web-based which allow s for easy and free access. The model will be displayed on a laptop.
