摘要
High speed machining has abroad been applied to manufacturing exactitude die, the automotive industry, aeronautical and aerospace industry. Howerver, the obvious vibration vestiges were discovered still in machining surface sometimes in high speed milling production and experimentation. It was gravest affected quality of machining surface. This paper proceeded with high speed milling force. The model of cutting force was founded through theory analyse. The basic kinetic model of milling was made Lip by elasticity damp system of single degree of freedom plumb cutting surface, and the equation of non-linearity model of dynamic cutting force was elicited. Simulating analysis was carried through using the model in high speed milling. The same conclusion was initially gained between simulating analysis and cutting test for climb cutting Al alloy. The advantages were created for analytic study of cutting vibration prediction, improving machining quality and increasing efficiency in high speed milling.
