摘要：
The methods of uncertainty estimation of measurement results obtained in a indirect way are presented in this paper. The principles of extension factor selection and propagation equations application during estimation of extended uncertainty are reviewed in more detail. Practical implementation of developed methods is uncertainty estimation of the oscilloscope measurements carried out for the telecommunication systems inspection.
