摘要
In the paper, we prepare a lead zirconate titanate saturable absorber, which is used to demonstrate a passively Q-switched (PQS) Tm:YAP laser. In the PQS mode, an average output power of 0.81 Wand pulse width of 1.69 mu s at 175 kHz are obtained at 1991.9 nm with a pump power of 12.76 W, corresponding to an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 6.35%. In addition, the beam quality factors M-2 of the PQS Tm:YAP laser in the x and y directions are 1.17 and 1.15, respectively. (C) 2021 Optical Society of America
