摘要
This paper analyzes potential consumers in the coming years for cruise tourism market based on a questionnaire survey. According to the study, the author finds out how potential consumers think of the cruise ship tourism, the advantages and disadvantages. In addition, most of them consider the service, facilities on the ships as the most important things while the price doesn't come to the first. Interestingly it shows that the cruise companies and brands are the aspects they care least to choose a cruise ship to travel. Moreover, most of them would like to pay 5,000 RMB at most for cruise ship traveling for one person. The prices of NCL and RCI reach closely to that and other cruise companies release more consumer surplus. Finally, the consumption pattern is significantly related to whether constumers has only one child in the family or not. Besides, the researcher tries to analyze the consumption pattern and predicts the market on the basis of the consumer surplus.
