摘要：
From the perspective of corporate governance. This article makes the regression analysis for the data of Listed companies in Anhui Province by the end of 2006, and makes longitudinal comparison for the data of 2004, 2005, 2006 years. This article carries out a research on the composition of the Board-to-business status, operating conditions and the relationship between incentive conditions and corporate performance, and make recommendations to the status of corporate governance.
