Design and Implementation of SOA-based Professional Title Assessment System

In order to provide one-stop service of professional title assessment for the college staff, the business process based on SOA integrating personal qualification, automatic generation of vocational assessment materials, quantification of evaluation index, online expert assessment and vocational assessment information release is presented. Especially, the business process reengineering and business service lay-out is designed, heterogeneous distributed data sharing and exchange of the problem is solved, and the original isolation of the information system is integrated as a whole. The professional title assessment system implemented in China Three Gorges University digital campus is setup, which increased the objectivity, scientific and transparency of professional title assessment and improved the working efficiency.
