Synthesis and biological activity of new trisubstituted pyrimidine phenylsulfonylurea derivatives

摘要
In order to develop new herbicidal active compounds and research the structure-activity relationship, twenty-two new sulfonylurea derivatives with trisubstituting group in the pyrimidine ring were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Preliminary herbicidal activity of these new sulfonylurea compounds was determined by pot bioassay experiments at dosage of 1.5 kg/ha. The results show that these trisubstituted pyrimidine phenylsulfonylurea derivatives display weak heribicidal activity and the addition of 5-substituting group of the pyrimidine ring affected the herbicidal activity slightly.
