The Construction of CSR Organization Management System Based on Case Analyses

In order to make CSR really be carried out in production and business activities, enterprises must have corresponding organizational structures and organizational mechanism. Among Central Government-led Chinese Enterprises, State Grid Corporation of China, China Mobile Communications Corporation, and China Ocean Shipping Group Company, have excellent performances in terms CSR practices. Through deeply analyses of these three companies' specific practices, some enlightenment and reference are given by the authors.
