摘要
This paper describes a microprocessor protection based dual-CPU for synchronous generator A dual-processor system composed of microprocessor (MPU) and digital signal processor (DSP) is proposed, which uses the controller area network (CAN) technique and short data window Fourier algorithm. Test results and actual operation indicate that this utility executes pre-established functions rapidly and accurately, and it completely satisfies the need for "four properties" in relaying protection of electric power system.
