摘要：
A technique is proposed for constructing an optoelectronic search system designed for the detection and determination of the parameters of motion of weakly luminous moving objects on a stationary background. The main properties of the system are considered. Results are presented for a calculation of the main parameters of a system placed on the earth's surface for the case of a search for ''space junk.''
