摘要
Statistical techniques (STs) has played more and more important role in modern quality management. The paper explores the influences of organizational ages, ownership types on employees' attitudes toward statistical techniques and actual application of the statistical techniques by empirical research. The results show that (1) the significant differences exist between the firms with less than 5 years and those with more than 5, but the differences are not significant among the firms with more than 5 years. (2) The differences are not significant among the firms with different age in ABST and AAST. (3) Ownership types of firms not only influence significantly organizational employees' attitude toward ST, but also application the basic and advanced ST among their employees.
