摘要
Pollution prevention at the tunnel exit is an important issue in the management of road tunnels. This paper introduces theoretical equations, taking longitudinal diffusion into account, for calculating concentration distribution and leakage ratio of pollutants at tunnel exits. The study was based on a tunnel assumed to be using a combination ventilation method (see Fig. 1) featuring semi-transverse (exhaust type) and longitudinal ventilation systems. In addition, the results of calculation using theoretical equations for an actual tunnel is shown.
