The union normalization from Mucci to Casella. Contributions for the understanding of "democratization" in argentine post-dictatorship

We rebuilt the process by which the alfonsinist government tried to reorganize the union leadership, subtracting positions from the opponent peronist unionism and propping up those of the unionism that showed itself closer, its failure, and the process that led to the effective normalization law. We used a hemerographic record, official documents, different archives of interviews with significant actors in that process, and the pertinent bibliographic heritage. We pay particular attention to elements little or nothing revealed by the bibliography, such as the intervention of external actors to the government union conflict and the relative importance of the "alternative leaderships", in order to understand its resolution.
