摘要
Guides generally suffer from job burnout. Guide is one of the occupations that have the highest staff turnover rate and career change rate. This paper studies the association between guides' job burnout and turnover intention, analyzes the impact of job burnout on turnover intention. Empirical data is selected from Hefei guide industry, and the results indicate that emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are significantly correlated with turnover intention; reduced personal accomplishment is not significantly correlated with turnover intention. Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are predictor variables of turnover intention.
