摘要：

With the rapid economic development of society, the employment situation of continuous severe, society on the university students' practical ability of requirement enhances unceasingly. How do the needs of the community to develop practical abilities with certain high-quality science talent,is personnel training of university goals, but also a major issue facing higher education. This paper describes the basic elements of practical ability of the students, aiming at employment status of Science Students, does some analysis of its causes, and explores how to improve the practical ability of today's science students.
