摘要
The article groups ecosophical discourses into ethical ecosophy and aesthetical ecosophy accordingly to the types of the arguments these discourses utilize. Both of these types are illustrated by discussing two famous philosophers who belong to these types respectively. Such arangement of ecological discourses allows us to notice that there is a certain tendency to ignore important experiential phenomena for the sake of abstraction when one is developing ethical ecological arguments (i.e. ethical ecosophy). Meanwhile, when one develops aesthetical (i.e. experiential) arguments and aesthetical ecosophy, the ethical field is often suspended: thinkers who attempt to reject the notion of identity end up rejecting the concepts of capability and responsibility. This results in both types of ecosophy being essentially inadequate in solving ecological problems.
