摘要：
The article presents the management methods used in the formation of employees' innovation potential. The paper presents the main findings regarding the theoretical and practical management of innovators in the enterprise. Based on research conducted on a group of managers of Product Departments (n = 120), the author has prepared a catalog of recommended management methods. In a study author used the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) method. Article brings important information on how to define employees' innovation potential and manage teams of innovators.
