摘要
Porous anatase TiO(2) films were deposited on SnO(2): F substrates in an aqueous solution containing ammonium hexafluorotitanate ([NH(4)](2)TiF(6)) and boric acid (H(3)BO(3)) at 50 degrees C. The thickness was increased as deposition time. The films were constructed of multi-needle particles. Surface of the films showed large roughness due to nano/micro-asperity of the particles. The films showed high intensity of 0004 X-ray diffraction because the needles elongated along the c-axis. Surface morphology of the constituent TiO(2) particles contributed to high specific surface area of the films. The porous TiO(2) film has a great deal of potential in the development of biomolecule sensors.
