Study of Organizational Planning for Facilities Management to Multiple Projects Group of Shanghai 2010 Expo China

The multiple projects group of Shanghai 2010 Expo China is such a mage complex programme that it gives problems to facilities management in terms of both space and time, which pose serious challenges to the integration capability and persistently effective operation capability of the organization for facilities management.
