摘要
The multiple projects group of Shanghai 2010 Expo China is such a mage complex programme that it gives problems to facilities management in terms of both space and time, which pose serious challenges to the integration capability and persistently effective operation capability of the organization for facilities management. Organizational planning for facilities management is a prior program to the real operation later. It is especially important for the complex multiple projects group such as Shanghai Expo, and the proper organizational planning will do much good to the effective operation of facilities management. According to organization theory and the actual conditions of Shanghai Expo, the paper gives a research to the organizational planning for facilities management. Facilities Management Office is established, the positioning and duty scope are defined, organization structure and management responsibility breakdown of the Office are proposed, and operation modes of the Office in different circumstances are designed. The advises from the research and conclusion of the paper would be directly used for the facilities management of The Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination whose general construction management consult partner is Tongji University.
