Intelligent prediction and real-time sensation of green sand quality parameters

摘要
It is very important to fast test active clay content and moisture of green sand for controlling green sand quality. Real-time sensation of active clay content and moisture can be come true by using a new method - "Double Powers Energizing Alternately". Because the relationship between information and undetermined parameters is multivariate and nonlinear, ANN method is used and the on-line intelligent prediction of green sand quality parameters can be realized. In the paper, the principle of the new method for fast testing active clay content and moisture, the structure of device for testing information parameters and the molding method based on ANN are discussed.
