摘要：
This article through to the elevator brake test check the practicability of the special equipment industry and needs a special surface plug gauge ruler tool consideration, study design a kind of special surface plug gauge ruler, which include the different thickness of the single chip surface plug gauge ruler, single chip surface made of stainless steel plug gauge ruler itself monolithic plug gauge ruler is in the shape of surface On the surface of the single piece curved plug gauge, the text and digital specifications of the calibration measurement are displayed, and the text and digital specifications are displayed for the clearance thickness and curved surface radian that can be calibrated. The research design of tool structure is simple, easy to carry, and easy to install and manufacturing, in addition, combined with the characteristics of surface plug gauge ruler, can be extended to other similar brake clearance measurement and inspection, possesses the advantages of convenient use, high maneuverability, improve brake maintenance and inspection can be quantified and practical security.
