摘要
The radiation spectrum of a pulse-periodic high-pressure discharge in cesium vapors is calculated based on the two-temperature multifluid model. It is shown that the visible radiation of the discharge has a continuous spectrum in a wide range of parameters. The fraction alpha(vis) of the visible radiation in the outcoming spectrum in all the studied regimes of discharge combustion is a considerable value and varies within a range of from 33 to 58%. The maximum values of alpha(vis) for the discharge considerably exceeds the maximum value alpha (vis) (B) = 48% for the radiation spectrum of the black body. The maximum values of alpha(vis) are achieved in charge combustion regimes for which the pressure in the end of the pulse reaches 400-800 Torr, and the radial opti- cal thickness of the plasma column in the visible part of the spectrum takes values in a range of 0.4-0.8.
