摘要：
The inscription on bronze ware can help confirm and replenish the handed-down literature materials, but also can become the first-hand information to study the social and historical culture in the Zhou dynasties. In this paper, the terminology used in the inscription is systematically and comprehensively investigated from different angles, and the social ideology and views of the Zhou dynasties' society in it are discussed, including destiny view, ruling a country by cultivating emperor's morality, longevity and immortality, good fortune and undisturbed health, dying in one's bed, and harmonious propriety and music culture and so on. These concepts as well as characteristics not only reflect the peculiarity of the Zhou dynasties' culture, but also is an important part of the traditional Chinese culture.
