摘要
It is considered that construction industrialization is an inevitable trend in construction industry. The experience of other counties indicates that shortened construction period, higher engineering quality, labor productivity improvement, energy saving and emission reduction could be achieved by construction industrialization. Therefore, the development of construction industrialization has been considered to be especially important. However, the progress of construction industrialization in China was quite slow. Compared with developed countries and regions, there is still a wide gap In this paper, the reason for the slow development of construction industrialization in China was analyzed from the following aspects by using the statistical method: the market demand, technological level, enterprise management level and policy environment. The paper concludes that the main constraints of China's construction industrialization development are the level of economical development, industrial design standardization, the capability of component supply, the level of construction mechanization and policy guidance as well. Meanwhile, Comparing with that in other countries, the paper analyzed the advantages and weaknesses of construction industrialization development in China, and proposed suggestions to speed up the development of construction industrialization in China.
