摘要
This article analyzes the current development and the opportunities for the practice of the process of information management in the context of organs of the business clusters management as: agglomerations, local productive arrangements (APLs), business clusters and others variations of these entities. The hypotheses were formulated with the objective of analyzing the potential of the information management to support the organ manager's of APLs activities. The research made the collection of data in six APLs of six segments of different business. For each one of these productive places, six central actors were interviewed. The actors of the knowledge were also interviewed with performance linked to the central actors of the place and the responsible persons by the organ manager of APL. Two statistical techniques were used to test the hypotheses: the index of Nihans and cluster analysis. It was observed that, independent of the level of maturity of APL, there is not significant difference in the incidence of events of transfer of the valued information and justified through dimensions of the quality of the information. However there is significant difference with relationship to the amount of dimensions mentioned by the central actors. The more developed it is APL, larger number of dimensions it is mentioned by the central actor as form of justifying the positive evaluation of the event. As benefit of the process of information management in the context of APLs, this research presents the possibility to aid in the process of classification of APLs, activity accomplished now with indicative not very precise. This way, besides the central actors of the local productive arrangements, other organs, as the organ manager of APL, departments of industry and commerce of the municipal districts, secretariats of regional development, are also among the beneficiaries of the adoption of the practice of information management in the context of the business clusters.
