摘要
The influence of the content of the synthesized iron/titanium carbide mixture on the adhesive and thermophysical properties of epoxy composites and protective coatings based on them are studied. It is found that the increase in the value of adhesive strength to sigma(a) = 32.6 MPa and tau = 10.0 MPa is due to significant chemical and physical activity of the additive, which ensures the formation of a strong adhesive bond with the metal base. The obtained values of shrinkage, delta = 0.016%, and residual stresses, sigma(r) = 1.6 MPa, allow for the possibility of long-term operation of such polymeric adhesives without changing their properties, and consequently, the possibility of using materials to restore the body elements of the equipment. The change of linear deformations of the developed epoxy composites under the influence of a thermal field is investigated. It is established that with increasing the temperature range of testing of epoxy composites, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion of materials increases disproportionately, which is due to the course of relaxation processes that occur for each state differently.
