摘要
By analyzing the equivalent circuit of coplanar electronic band-gap (EBG) structure, a double S-shaped bridges EBG structure (DSBS-EBG) is proposed. -40dB stopband is achieved from 182MHz to 15GHz. Compared with LBS-EBG structure and CBS-EBG structure, the lower cutoff frequency dropped to 182MHz from 432MHz and 296MHz, respectively. In terms of signal integrity, if a 4-layer printed circuit board (PCB) which adopts local typology strategy is used, the structure not only has a comparatively good suppression on simultaneous switching noise (SSN), but also has good signal integrity.
