AN IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION ON JOB PERFORMANCEOF THE EMPLOYEE

The Purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is direct relationship between the employee motivation and their job performance. The study was conducted using survey method. The data was collected from Employees of different Manufacturing companies of Salem district. The Data was collected through Questionnaire method. The Sample size is 100 respondents and SPSS package is used for analyzing the data. The Researchused One-way Anova, Correlation analysis for analysis purpose. Five point Likert scale is used in the questionnaire The Result shows that there is direct relationship between employee motivation and their job performance. Companies should focus on how to motivate the employees in all means so as to improve the performance of the employees.
