摘要：

Complete sets of observables in proton inelastic scattering from O-16 have been measured at forward angles including 0 degrees. Obtained spectra were decomposed into spin-flip and non spin-flip spectra by polarization transfer coefficients and spin-dipole strength spliting into several peaks was identified in the giant resonance region of E-x = 19 similar to 27 MeV in O-16.
