摘要
Educational institutions are dealing with demands and the continuous changes of the society, which requires a profound reflection that allow us to understand and encourage the transformation and adaptation to that changes. The balance between society's demand and that the educational organizations can provide to response to it, is the key for the students to success and help the growth of the society. To get the most adequate response it is needed to create new educational institutions with a deep transformation. To make this transformation possible, it is believed that the key is the educative innovation which generates a great number of expectations on the educative system potential. Currently, several innovation models and methodologies, based on studies, researches and thoughts offering very rewarding experiences both classrooms and in centres in which all the educative stages are teached, can be found. In this work, they are presented some approaches of the innovation reality in the vocational training and, also, some initiatives presented in the educative centre Institucion Profesional Salesiana de Carabanchel, focused on the Upper-Level Training Cycles. Results show that the students who worked from the beginning following this methodology is most successful in troubleshooting and they find newer resources and solutions in a work environment, easily.
