摘要：

Besides industry chain, value chain and so on; cultural factor plays an irreplaceable role in the generation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster in China. The cluster takes root from regional cultural, so the later has an imperceptibly influence on the former. This paper devotes to analyzing the influence of regional culture, seeking development ways of small and medium-sized enterprises cluster in China.
