摘要：
The clinical manifestations of migraine can be variable across a broad spectrum of presentations. The two most common patterns, migraine with aura and migraine without aura, are described in depth. Differential diagnosis and an approach for investigating the patient to rule out organic disorders are outlined. The importance of recognizing potential migraine triggers is emphasized. The relationship of migraine, transformed migraine, and chronic tension-type headache are explored. Unusual forms of migraine, such as basilar migraine and familial hemiplegic migraine, are mentioned.
