摘要
Enterprise's well-performance on social responsibility not only ensures their sustainable development but also contributes to society's sustainable development. This article tends to explore the content of corporate social responsibility in protecting the interests of consumers in transactions using model contracts; evaluate implementation practices; simultaneously, propose solutions to improve the corporate responsibility in protecting the interests of consumers in this sector.
