The Research Integration of The Factors Influencing the Enterprises' Participation of Industry-University Cooperation In Taiwan (Since the 21th century)

The main purpose of this article was to discuss the viewpoints of factors affecting industry-university cooperation in enterprises in Taiwan from the 21th century. Content analysis was used to generalize the viewpoints of factors affecting industry-university cooperation in enterprises in Taiwan from the 21th century. The main findings of this article are as follows: 1. The viewpoints of factors affecting industry- university cooperation in enterprises in Taiwan from the 21th century are: (1) the results of the R&D and the ownership of the intellectual property (IP); (2) the capital of industry- university cooperation; (3) the common consensus between industry and university; (4) the integration of different organizational goals and cultures; (5) the establishing of the cooperation balcony and governmental policies. 2. Full discussion is needed to achieve the cooperation and the common consensus between industry and university. Based on the findings above, guidance and implications to the enterprises, university, governments and further research are proposed.
