摘要
In the chemical production process, chemical equipment and parameters need to be monitored in real time or warning of exceeding standards. Due to its own advantages, optical fiber sensors are used for chemical parameter detection and chemical equipment condition monitoring with high safety and reliability. It introduces in detail the monitoring of long-period fiber grating (LPG) sensors in pH, Humidity, CO2, H2S, CL- and other chemical parameters, and the application of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors in temperature and strain monitoring. Finally, the application of fiber grating sensor in chemical parameter detection and chemical equipment condition monitoring is summarized and prospected.
