摘要
Distributed control system on mixer ingredient is introduced, It has a management server, zipper machine is PC, lower machine is SIMA TIC S7-200 programmable logic controller(PLC). One PC can control and manage several PLCs. The hardware sets of the system, the design of the software and the method of the communication of computer are presented In the actual production, ingredient accuracy and product quality is improved, productivity is expanded and worker circumstances are improved.
